On April 29, from 4:05 p.m. local time (5:05 p.m. Japan time) for approximately 15 minutes, Prime Minister ISHIBA Shigeru, together with his spouse, Mrs. ISHIBA Yoshiko, who are visiting the Philippines, offered flowers at Rizal Park, where a statue of Jose Rizal, a national hero who led the Philippine independence movement, is located.
