For about 30 minutes at 11:00 a.m. local time (12:00 a.m. Japan time), Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, who is visiting the Philippines, delivered a policy speech titled "Heart-to-heart ties for the Next Generation" at the joint session of the Philippine Senate and House of Representatives. Hon. Juan Miguel F. Zubiri, President of the Senate of the Philippines, and Hon. Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Philippines attended the policy speech.
