Attendance of State Minister for Foreign Affairs KUNIMITSU at the dinner hosted by Ambassador of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Japan

On December 15, Ms. KUNIMITSU Ayano, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, visited the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Japan and had a dinner meeting with H.E. Mr. Pham Quang Hieu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to Japan. The overview is as follows:
- State Minister KUNIMITSU expressed her desire to further strengthen bilateral relations in various fields under the “Comprehensive Strategic Partnership”.
- In response, Ambassador Hieu expressed his intention to continue proactively working towards materializing the “Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.”
- Both sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including bilateral relations as well as regional issues, and concurred to continue close coordination between the two countries.
