Dinner between State Minister for Foreign Affairs KUNIMITSU Ayano and Mr. AN Sokkhoeurn, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On 3 September, State Minister for Foreign Affairs KUNIMITSU Ayano hosted a dinner with Mr. AN Sokkhoeurn, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers and Deputy Chief of the Secretariat of the Commission for Combatting Online Scam of the Kingdom of Cambodia and exchanged their views. The summary is as follows.
- At the outset, State Minister Kunimitsu extended a warm welcome to Secretary of State AN Sokkhoeurn and expressed her desire to further develop cooperation between the two countries, which has progressed in recent years. In response, Secretary of State AN Sokkhoeurn expressed his gratitude for Japan's support and stated that he would like to further promote the friendship between the two countries.
- The two sides exchanged views on bilateral cooperation, including measures against online scam as well as regional and international affairs. They agreed to further strengthen cooperation between the two countries under the Cambodia-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
