On November 8th, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs appointed Mr. Masashi Ogawa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, as Permanent Representative of Japan to the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC).
