1. Strengthen inter-governmental relationships between East Asia and Latin America (national level/regional level)
2. Develop strategies for environmental education and communication on CDM, targeting specific groups such as the private sector (national)
3. Introduce DNA (Designated National Authority) network to address CDM issues, including:
   a) the promotion of development of CDM projects in renewable energy
   b) to coordinate fund-raising and fund generation
   c) Create a virtual network for the people working in CDM (e.g. potential investors and companies)
   (regional)
4. Establish one stop center for CDM in countries as a helpdesk for companies (national)
5. Tap on existing business fairs and seminars (e.g. next COP) to promote CDM (national/regional)
6. Capacity building centers - governmental, community, private sector, including the evaluation of institutional, legal, technical and financial capabilities (national)
7. Create a financial network for afforestation / reforestation CDM projects for demonstration sites (national/regional)
8. Focused seminar on specific issues, for example the establishment of afforestation/reforestation CDM (national/regional)
9. Demonstration CDM projects in FEALAC countries, for example
   a) Afforestation / Reforestation
   b) Creation of bio-fuel inventory and marketing strategy
   c) Creation of project observation system
   (national/regional)
10. Opportunities for highlighting the following issues for post-2012 regime:
    a) Urban-type projects (e.g. household energy efficiency projects)
    b) LULUCF (Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry) issues
    (regional/international)
