Congratulatory Message from Prime Minister Kishida to General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam

On August 3, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Mr. To LAM, General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, following his appointment on the same day.
In the letter, Prime Minister Kishida conveyed that the two countries have established close cooperation in various areas and that he hoped to elevate the friendly bilateral relations to a higher level, together with Mr. To LAM.
