Current Status of Implementation 2009

- (i) Each country that has put forward Plans of reform received financial incentives, from the “€ 2,7 billion reserve”, to top up its respective “country allocation” and (ii) A review of this instrument drawing first conclusions has been conducted in 2009. The report is available on the basis of which the EU Council has adopted conclusions.
