(i) Receive 5 African students in university in the field of agriculture
Every year, 5-10 experts will be sent to Angola for one year. Currently there are 71 Vietnamese educational experts in Angola.

(ii) Dispatch 3 educational experts to help write textbooks
Vietnam has sent 3 experts to the Ministry of Education in Mozambique and provide university full scholarship for 6 Mozambique students.
