Tokyo Conference on Investment to Africa
January 24, 2003
1. Purpose
To exchange information/views and explore possible measures to facilitate and promote foreign investment to Africa, by convening one day meeting of participants from Africa, Asia including Japan and international organizations who have first-hand knowledge and experiences on the African investment issue. The outcome of the meeting will be used in the forthcoming Evian G8 Summit Meeting and TICADIII.

If you wish to attend the meeting, please print and fill out the application form [PDF] and send it by fax to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (contact point is below) by February 20. Application will be closed when the number of audience members has been reached to the limit (200 seats).
