Mr. HORII Iwao, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, is scheduled to visit Spain from November 2 to 6 to attend the meetings within the framework of the 30th Ibero-American Summit. In addition to participating in the High-Level Political Dialogue with Associate and Consultative Observers of the Ibero-American Conference, State Minister Horii will exchange views with high-level officials from various countries and international organizations. Furthermore, following the train collision that occurred in the province of Toledo on 28 October, State Minister Horii will engage in efforts on the ground to protect Japanese nationals.
