Telephone Meeting Between Foreign Minister MOTEGI and President AKANE of the International Criminal Court (ICC)

On October 10, commencing at 9:00 p.m., for approximately 15 minutes, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, held a telephone meeting with H.E. Judge AKANE Tomoko, President of the ICC, following the announcement of sanctions against the ICC by the United States. They exchanged views on the current situation surrounding the ICC.
