Meeting between Senior Deputy Minister Namazu and Foreign Secretary Misri

On September 3, in Delhi, India, Mr. NAMAZU Hiroyuki, Senior Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, held a meeting with Mr. Vikram Misri, Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs of India.
During the meeting, the two sides confirmed that they will further strengthen bilateral relations by advancing various initiatives announced during Ms. TAKAICHI Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan, visit to India in July this year, as well as through various high-level exchanges and visits and exchanged views on regional affairs, including the situation in South Asia.
