Japan-Iran International Law Dialogue (in VTC format)

On July 8th, the Japan-Iran International Law Dialogue was held in VTC format.

  1. Dr. NAKAMURA Kazuhiko, Legal Adviser and Director-General, International Legal Affairs Bureau, headed the delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. From the Iranian side, Dr. Abbas BAGHERPOUR ARDEKANI, Director-General for Legal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other officials participated in the dialogue.
  2. Both sides exchanged their views on matters including issues related to international law regarding the situation surrounding the Strait of Hormuz.
