UK Foreign Secretary to Visit Japan and Hold the Tenth Japan-UK Foreign Ministers' Strategic Dialogue

The Rt Hon Yvette Cooper, Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will visit Japan from April 19 to 20, 2026.
- On this occasion, Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, will hold the tenth Japan-UK Foreign Ministers' Strategic Dialogue with Foreign Secretary Cooper on April 20, 2026.
- As “Enhanced Global Strategic Partners” who share fundamental values and principles, the two Ministers will discuss a wide range of topics, such as strengthening cooperation in areas such as security and defence, economy, and economic security, as well as regional issues.
