Addition of One Individual to the Designated List for Asset Freezing and Other Measures against Terrorists and Others

In line with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolutions 1267, 1989, and 2253, Japan has been applying asset freezing and other measures on a total of 539 terrorists-affiliated individuals and entities.
The Government of Japan hereby adds one individual to the designated list for asset freezing and other measures, in accordance with the UNSC Resolution mentioned above.

  1. Decision
    One individual is to be added to the designated list for the asset freezing and other measures based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Notice promulgated on March 31, 2026.

    No.801 HAMIDAH NABAGALA

(Reference) As a result of this decision, a total of number of individuals and entities designated for asset freezing and other measures will be 540.
