Courtesy Call on Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ONISHI by H.E. Mr. Alnaas, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Libya in Japan

On December 11, commencing at 2:10 p.m. for approximately 20 minutes, Mr. ONISHI Yohei, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, received a courtesy call by Mr. Ahmed S. A. ALNAAS, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim, Embassy of the State of Libya in Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows:
- At the outset, Parliamentary Vice-Minister ONISHI mentioned Japan's cooperation in the fields of peacebuilding and human resource development. He also expressed Japan's expectation for high-level visits from Libya to Japan, including the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC).
- In response, Charge d'Affaires Alnaas expressed his gratitude for Japan's assistance and stated his desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields, including the economy, through vitalizing the exchange of high-level visits.
- Both sides concurred to continue to actively promote high-level exchanges between the two countries and cooperate towards advancing Japan-Libya relations in various fields, including economy and diplomacy.
