Video Message by Foreign Minister MOTEGI for the 4th India-Japan Forum

On December 7-8, the 4th India-Japan Forum was held in Delhi, the Republic of India.
- Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, issued a video message, and H.E. Dr. Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of India, and other officials from both Japan and India attended the 4th India-Japan Forum held in Delhi, Republic of India.
- In his message, Minister MOTEGI stated that India is an indispensable partner for realising a free and open Indo-Pacific (FOIP)and that as the international situation is growing increasingly severe and complex, Japan and India must work together for the sake of regional and international peace and stability. He further stated that together with Minister Jaishankar, he looks forward to achieving tangible results across a wide range of areas based on the “Japan-India Joint Vision for the Next Decade”.
