Courtesy call on State Minister for Foreign Affairs KUNIMITSU Ayano by H.E. Mr. Alnaas, Charge d'Affaires of the Embassy of the State of Libya in Japan

On November 20, commencing at 10:20 a.m., for approximately 25 minutes, State Minister for Foreign Affairs KUNIMITSU Ayano received a courtesy call by Mr. Ahmed S. A. ALNAAS, Chargé d'Affaires ad interim, Embassy of the State of Libya in Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows.
- At the outset, State Minister KUNIMITSU mentioned the lowering of the travel advisory for Misrata and expressed her expectation for further stabilization of the security situation in the future. She also referred to Japan's cooperation in human resource development and stated her intention to explore possibilities for future cooperation.
- In response, Charge d'Affaires Alnaas appreciated the lowering of the travel advisory for Misrata and stated his desire to strengthen bilateral cooperation in various fields, including the economy.
- Both sides concurred on continuing to vitalize high-level exchanges between the two countries and cooperating towards promoting Japan-Libya relations in various fields, including economy and diplomacy.
