Meeting between State Minister for Foreign Affairs MIYAJI and Mr. Nayab Singh Saini Chief Minister of Haryana State, Republic of India

On October 6, commencing at 10:15 a.m. for approximately 30 minutes, Mr. MIYAJI Takuma, State Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, held a meeting with Mr. Nayab Singh Saini, Chief Minister of Haryana State, Republic of India, who is visiting Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows:
- At the outset, State Minister MIYAJI stated that India is an important partner for realizing a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific,” and expressed his intention to contribute to strengthening Japan-India relations, including ties with Haryana State, as he touched upon the fact that Haryana State is an important hub for Japanese companies.
- In response, Chief Minister Saini emphasized the importance of Japan-India relations, including the relationship between Japan and Haryana State, and stated his intention to further strengthen ties with Japan.
