On July 22, regarding the Bangladesh Air Force training jet accident that occurred in Uttara area of Dhaka, Bangladesh on July 21, Mr. IWAYA Takeshi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, issued the following mes-sage of condolences to H. E. Mr. Md. Touhid Hossain, Honorable Advis-er for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
“I am deeply saddened by the news of the loss of many precious lives in the Bangladesh Air Force training jet accident in Uttara area of Dhaka.
I would like to express our heartfelt condolences to those who lost their lives and their bereaved families who are in deep grief. I also pray for the speedy recovery of those who were injured.”
