Delisting one individual Designated for Asset Freezing and Other Measures against Terrorists and Others

In line with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolutions 1267, 1333, 1373, 1390, 1988, 1989, 2253, and 2255, Japan has been applying asset freezing and other measures on a total of 541 terrorists-affiliated individuals and entities.
The Government of Japan hereby lifts the asset freezing and other measures against one individual while delisting him, in accordance with the UNSC Resolution 1373 and “the Cabinet Approval on Asset Freezing and Other Measures against Terrorists and Others” dated May 23, 2025.
- Decision
One individual is to be removed from the designated list for the asset freezing and other measures based on the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' Notice promulgated on May 23, 2025. - Individual removed from the list
