The President of the Republic of Latvia to Visit Japan

  1. H.E. Mr. Edgars Rinkēvičs, President of the Republic of Latvia will visit Japan from May 18 to May 20 to attend Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
  2. During his stay in Japan, the President will make a State Call on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. Mr. ISHIBA Shigeru, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting with the President.
  3. The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President and hopes the visit will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Republic of Latvia.
