  1. H.E. Mr. Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Minister for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, will visit Japan from Friday, April 11 to Sunday, April 13, 2025.
  2. During the stay, Deputy Prime Minister Bettel will attend the opening ceremony of the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, and hold meetings with Mr. IWAYA Takeshi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and others.
  3. It is expected that Deputy Prime Minister Bettel’s visit to Japan will help to build momentum for the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, and further strengthen cooperation between Japan and Luxembourg.
