Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentine Republic to Visit Japan

H.E. Ms. Diana Elena MONDINO, Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship of Argentine Republic, will visit Japan from March 21 to 23, as a guest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This occasion will be the first visit to Japan by an Argentine government’s senior official since President Javier Milei took office last December 2023 and the new administration was formed.
- During her stay in Japan, Ms. KAMIKAWA Yoko, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan will hold a meeting with and host a working dinner for Minister Mondino, where they will exchange views on bilateral relationship and regional and international affairs.
- Japan and Argentine are “Strategic Partners” sharing common principles and values, and the two countries have more than 125 years of friendly relations. Through the visit by Minister Mondino, it is expected that the bilateral relation with Argentine will be further strengthened.
