Terrorist Attack in Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan

- Japan strongly condemns the terrorist attack on a security forces' post which occurred in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakthunkhwa Province of Pakistan on December 12.
- Such an act of terrorism is unacceptable for any reason. We express our heartfelt condolences to the victims and the bereaved families.
- Japan expresses its strong solidarity with the government and people of Pakistan and supports efforts of the Pakistani government to combat terrorism.
