Courtesy Call on Mr. Hosaka, Parliamentary Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs by Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine



On November 27, commencing at 2:30 p.m. for approximately 30 minutes, Mr. HOSAKA Yasushi, Parliamentary Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, received a courtesy call from Mr. Zavgorodnii Dmytro, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine for digital development, digital transformations and digitalization, during their visit to Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows.
- Parliamentary Vice Minister Hosaka welcomed Mr. Dmytro and the ministry’s delegation to Japan, and expressed his wish to share Japan’s experience in ICT-based education and children's mental health care initiatives, and to contribute to reconstruction and strengthening of Ukraine's education sector, through this visit.
- Mr. Dmytro expressed his gratitude for Japan's support to Ukraine and agreed that Japan and Ukraine would continue to work together for reconstruction and strengthening of the education sector in Ukraine.
Mr. Dmytro and a delegation of officials from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine visited Japan. The purpose of their visit is to contribute to reconstruction and strengthening of the education sector in Ukraine through inspections of educational facilities and discussion with experts about Japanese ICT-based Education, children's mental health care initiatives, etc.
