Foreign Minister Kamikawa’s Visit to Israel, Palestine and Jordan

  1. Regarding the current situation surrounding Israel and Palestine, the Government of Japan has been making various diplomatic efforts to calm down the situation, and to improve the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
  2. As part of these efforts, Foreign Minister Kamikawa will visit Israel, Palestine and Jordan from 2 to 5 November.
  3. Minister Kamikawa will meet and exchange views with senior officials of these countries and areas on the situation surrounding the Gaza Strip.
