- The first round of negotiations for an air services agreement between Japan and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg will be held on September 27 and 28, 2023 in Tokyo.
- At the negotiations, the Japanese delegation will be led by Mr. MIZUNO Mitsuaki, Negotiator for Treaties, European Policy Division, European Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, accompanied by officials from Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. The Luxembourg delegation will be led by Mr. Charles KLEIN, Head of Economic Affairs and International Relations, Directorate of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Mobility and Public Works, accompanied by officials of the Government of Luxembourg.
