Decision on the Dates of the 2023 G7 Trade Ministers’ Meeting

As the G7 Presidency in 2023, Japan has decided to host the G7 Trade Ministers’ Meeting in Osaka-Sakai, on 28 and 29 October 2023 after hosting the first online meeting on 4 April 2023. In October, the meeting and related events will be held in the host cities of Osaka and Sakai.
Along with the G7 Hiroshima Summit and the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will closely coordinate with the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (co-host of the Trade Ministers’ Meeting), relevant ministries and agencies as well as the host cities of Osaka and Sakai, in order to smoothly conduct the G7 Trade Ministers’ Meeting in Osaka-Sakai.
