Video message by Former Prime Minister ABE on the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the Joint Communique which established CULCON

June 22nd marks the 60th anniversary since then Prime Minister IKEDA Hayato and President John F. Kennedy agreed on the establishment of the Japan-United States Conference on Cultural and Educational Interchange (CULCON) with the 1961 Joint Communique. On this occasion, former Prime Minister ABE Shinzo sent a video message to CULCON that expresses his appreciation for its many achievements over the years and emphasizes the importance of the Japan-United States relationship.
