The 14th Japan-Iran Human Rights Dialogue

  1. The 14th Japan- Iran Human Rights Dialogue was held on October 30 in Tokyo.
  2. The dialogue was led respectively by Mr. Takao Imafuku, Ambassador in charge of UN Affairs, Deputy Assistant Minister, Foreign Policy Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Amb. Seyed Mohsen Emadi, Ambassador / Deputy Director-General of Human Rights and Women Affairs Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
  3. During the dialogue, both countries exchanged views, among others, on their respective measures in the field of human rights and cooperation at the United Nations.
