Message of Condolences Issued by Foreign Minister HAYASHI regarding the damages caused by the heavy rain in the Republic of Korea

On July 16, Foreign Minister HAYASHI Yoshimasa sent the following message of condolences to H.E. Dr. Park Jin, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, regarding the damages caused by the heavy rain in the Republic of Korea.
"I am deeply saddened to learn of the loss of precious lives and the tremendous damage caused by the record-heavy rain in North Gyeongsang and elsewhere in ROK.
I would like to express my heartfelt condolences about the lives lost and send my deepest sympathies to the bereaved families. I sincerely pray for the swift recovery of the people and the areas that were affected.”
