Exchange of Memorandum of Cooperation between Japan and Kyrgyz Republic on a Basic Framework for Information Partnership for Proper Operation of the System pertaining for Foreign Human Resources with the Status of Residence of “Specified Skilled Worker”

On July 6th (Thursday), the Memorandum of Cooperation on a Basic Framework for Information Partnership for Proper Operation of the System pertaining to Foreign Human Resources with the Status of Residence of “Specified Skilled Worker” was exchanged in Bishkek between Mr.GODA Hideki, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kyrgyz Republic and H.E Mr. Kudaibergen BAZARBAEV, Minister of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, witnessed by Mr. ENDO Toshiaki, Deputy Chairman of the Japan-Kyrgyzstan Parliamentary Friendship League (Member of House of Representatives) , H.E Mr. Sadyr ZHAPAROV, President of the Kyrgyz Republic and in the attendance of Ms. KATO Ayuko, Member of House of Representatives and Mr. HONDA Taro, Member of House of Representatives.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Cooperation is to establish a basic framework for information partnership in order to ensure smooth and proper sending and accepting specified skilled workers, in particular the elimination of malicious intermediary organizations, and to resolve the problems of sending, accepting and residing in Japan of specified skilled workers.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs enhances the mutual benefits of both countries through cooperation for proper operation of system, cooperating with the relevant ministries and agencies of Japan.
