Meeting between Director General Kobe and U.S. Assistant Secretary Kritenbrink

On December 15, Mr. KOBE Yasuhiro, Director-General, North American Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, held a meeting with Mr. Daniel Kritenbrink, Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs.
The two sides discussed regional issues and concurred to continue working closely together toward further strengthening the Japan-U.S. Alliance and realizing a “Free and Open Indo-Pacific”.
