The Opening Ceremony of the Kartarpur Corridor between India and Pakistan

1. On November 9 (local time)，the opening ceremony of the Kartarpur Corridor was held at Kartarpur, Narowal District in Panjab, Pakistan.
2. Japan expresses its congratulations on the opening of the Kartarpur Corridor and welcomes the fact that it will enable Sikh pilgrims in India to visit easily and safely Gurudwara Kartapur Sahib in Pakistan.
3. While paying its respect to the efforts made by both India and Pakistan in the lead-up to the opening, Japan hopes that this event will promote people-to-people exchanges between the two countries.
