Seventh Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Ministerial Meeting

1. The Seventh Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Ministerial Meeting will be held in Bangkok, Thailand on September 8.
2. From the Japanese side, Mr. Hiroshige Seko, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and officials from relevant ministries will attend the meeting.
3. The current status of negotiations in each area will be reported in this meeting, and way forward for future negotiations, amongst others, will be discussed.
