Senior Officials Meeting of the Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD)

1. Japan, together with Palestine, will co-host the Senior Officials Meeting of the “Conference on Cooperation among East Asian Countries for Palestinian Development (CEAPAD)” in Ramallah and Jericho, Palestine on July 3 and 4, 2019, as a part of efforts toward achieving the Middle East peace.
2. The main objectives of the Conference are to support Palestinian efforts for state building by sharing East Asian countries’ experience in economic development and expertise in assistance to Palestinians among participants, and discussing effective ways of cooperation, so as to contribute to promoting the Middle East peace process and regional stability.
