1. The Japan-Germany UN Consultation will be held in Tokyo, Japan, on May 24th (Thursday), 2018. Mr. Satoshi Suzuki, Deputy Minister for Foreign Policy, and Mr. Masato Otaka, Ambassador in charge of UN Affairs, will exchange views with Ms. Patricia Flor, Director-General for International Order, the United Nations and Arms Control at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

2. In this consultation, Japan and Germany will exchange views on various issues related to the UN, such as UN reform including the Security Council reform.
