Foreign Minister Kono to Visit New York

1. Mr. Taro Kono, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, will visit New York from September 17 to 23 if circumstances permit to attend international conferences and other events that will be held in conjunction with the 72nd Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
2. During his stay, Minister Kono is scheduled to attend various international conferences and bilateral foreign ministers’ meetings, and exchange views with foreign ministers and other officials from various countries.
