First Vice-president of the Councils of State and Ministers of Cuba to visit Japan

1. H.E. Mr. Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, First Vice-president of the Councils of State and Ministers of the Republic of Cuba will visit Japan upon the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan from May 31 to June 4.
2. During his stay in Japan, Mr. Taro Aso, Deputy Prime Minister and Mr. Tadamori Oshima, Chairman of the House of Representatives, is scheduled to receive the courtesy visit by the First Vice-president Díaz-Canel.
3. The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the First Vice-president Díaz-Canel, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Republic of Cuba.
