Messages of condolence following the terror attacks in Brussels, Belgium

March 22, 2016

1. Following the series of terror attacks that occurred in Brussels (Belgium) which caused numerous casualties today, on March 22, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent a message to H.E. Mr. Charles Michel, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium expressing his strong condemnation against these acts of terrorism, his condolences and sympathy to all victims and his solidarity to the Government and the people of the Kingdom of Belgium.

2. Minister of Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida also sent his message in the same line to H.E. Mr. Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Affairs of Belgium.
