FY2015 INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON ACCEPTANCE OF FOREIGN NATIONALS AND THEIR INTEGRATION INTO JAPAN - Diversity Management in Workplaces: Do Japanese Firms Provide Attractive and Fulfilling Working Environment?-

1. On February 26, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) will jointly organize the “FY2015 International Workshop on Acceptance of Foreign Nationals and Their Integration into Japan” with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and Shinagawa City at Curian.
2. Mr. Yoji Muto, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, is scheduled to make opening remarks at the International Workshop.
3. Discussions will be held by experts from Japan and overseas about the working environment at Japanese firms (ways to facilitate multicultural coexistence at workplaces) under the overall theme of “Diversity Management in Workplaces.”
