The President of Niger to Visit Japan

1. H.E. Mr. Issoufou Mahamadou, President of the Republic of Niger, will make a working visit to Japan from Thursday, June 18, to Sunday, June 21.
2. During his stay in Japan, the President will make a State Call on his Majesty the Emperor of Japan. Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, is also scheduled to hold a meeting with the President and host a dinner for him.
3. This visit to Japan by President Issoufou is expected to further strengthen the friendly relationship between Japan and Niger.
