State Visit to Japan of H.E. Mr. Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines

1. H.E. Mr. Benigno S. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines will pay a State Visit to Japan from Tuesday, June 2, to Friday, June 5, 2015.
2. During his stay in Japan, the President will make a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan. Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress will host a State Banquet in honor of the President. Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting with as well as host a dinner for the President.
3. The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and the Republic of the Philippines.
