Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida’s Visit to Lubeck, Germany

1. Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit Lubeck, the Federal Republic of Germany, from April 13 to 16 in order to attend the G7 Foreign Ministers’ Meeting.
2. Minister Kishida is scheduled to carry out frank exchanges of views among the G7 members, which share fundamental values, regarding urgent issues in international affairs.

The meeting will be attended by the Foreign Ministers of France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, Italy and Canada and the High Representative of the EU. This year the meeting will be chaired by H.E. Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Federal Foreign Minister of Germany.
