The 24th Japan-Iran Vice-Ministerial Regular Consultation

1. The 24th Japan-Iran Vice-Ministerial Regular Consultation will be held on October 31 (Fri) in Tokyo.
2. The Consultation will be headed on the Japanese side by Mr. Shinsuke Sugiyama, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, and on the Iranian side by H.E. Mr. Ibrahim Rahimpour, Deputy Foreign Minister for Asian, Oceanic and CIS Affairs. At the Consultation, various issues including Japan-Iran bilateral relations, Iran’s nuclear issue, and regional and international affairs such as the situation in the Middle East and Asia, will be discussed.
