Japan-U.S.-ROK Policy Planning Dialogue

1. Japan-U.S.-the Republic of Korea (ROK) Policy Planning Dialogue will be held in Tokyo on October 1.
2. The dialogue will be attended, on the Japanese side, by Mr. Kenji Hiramatsu, Deputy Vice-Minister for Foreign Policy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and on the U.S. side, by Mr. David Mackean, Director of the Office of Policy Planning, U.S. Department of State, on the ROK side, Dr. Shin Beom-chul, Director General of the Policy Planning Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. In the dialogue, issues of common concerns will be broadly discussed.
