Messages of Sympathy from Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida concerning Flooding, Mudslides and Other Damage Caused by Tropical Storms Ingrid and Manuel in Mexico

In the wake of the flooding, mudslides and other damages as a result of intermittent torrential rain from tropical storms Ingrid and Manuel which hit Mexico from September 15, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe sent a message of sympathy to Mr. Enrique Peña Nieto, President of the United Mexican States, while Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida sent a message of sympathy to Dr. José Antonio Meade Kuribreña, Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States, both expressing wishes for the prompt recovery of those who suffered from the damage and for the rapid restoration of the affected areas.
