  1. On January 26, which marks the 25th anniversary of establishing Japan-Kyrgyz diplomatic relations, Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister, and H.E. Mr. Almazbek Atambaev, President of the Kyrgyz Republic, exchanged congratulatory messages. 
  2. On the same day, Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and H.E. Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, also exchanged congratulatory messages.
